Founded by the year 2003, Pawa Dominicana was an scheduled passenger airline operating in Dominican Republic, it also flew charters with a small fleet of Jetstreams 31 and Mc Donnell Douglas DC-9s. They had a strategic alliance with the Aserca-SBA group (Grupo Condor). They flew scheduled to Puerto Rico, Haiti, Venezuela, Surinam (in codeshare with Surinam Airways), Curaçao and Aruba. Destinations included Miami as regular service destination and Samana as charter destination in addition to San Juan's Isla Grande Airport. They operated Mc Donnell Douglas MD-80s and planned to inaugurate the Santo Domingo-New York route. AOC Suspended 1/27/18, Officially ceased 2/2/18.
