Scheduled domestic full service airline commenced operations in October 1999 using Boeing 737-200s and 727s.
Airline was founded by, local businessman, Mr. Zadi Desmes and group of foreign investors who hold majority of shares.
Lima, Cuzco, Piura, Pucallpa, Arequipa, and Juliaca were served. In 2002 as result of slump in airline business after the September 11 2001 attacks, airline merged with another domestic airline Aero Continente.
