TRIP serves high concentration network in Amazonas, Minas Gerais, Mato Grosso, Mato Grosso Sul, Parana and Distrito Federal states. In September 2008 Skywest Inc., holding company of SkyWest and ASA airlines became shareholder. In May 2012 new company Azul Trip S.A. is created as holding company ot TRIP Linhas Aereas and Azul Linhas Aereas. The decision is made that both companies will merge but preserve its brand.
