Charter airline specializeing in inclusive leisure tours. It was founded when Scandianvian Leiusere Group (Scanair) purchased Conair of Scandinavia in 1994. New airline was called Premiair, the Airline was two years later purchased by Airtours International of UK but retained its name Premiair although it changed its livery to the that of Airtours. Airtours International rebranded to MyTravel Group in November 2001 and with it Premiair got its new identity MyTravel Airways AS in may of 2002. In February another merger in leisure tour business went through when Thomas Cook PLC and MyTravel Group merged. MyTravel Airways AS changed its identity to Thomas Cook Scandinavia in May 2008. When big Thomas Cook entered administration on September 23, 2019, the airline was forced to suspend operations, but only for one day. The airline was acquired by a group of investment firms on October 30, 2019 and its name was changed to Sunclass Airlines.
