Regional airline subsidiary of British Airways operating from its base at London City airport. Airline was founded around BA's London City airport operations of BA Connect. British Airways sold BA Connect to FlyBe without the before mentioned London City airport operations. British Airways decided to bring back CityFlyer brand. The original CityFlyer Express was acquired by BA in 1999 and merged into its operations in 2001. BA CityFlyer received its AOC in February 2007 and commenced operations in March.
