Holiday Czech Airlines has been operating charter flights since 1985 under CSA Czech Airlines. Due to restructurization of CSA, its charter business has been spun off into a new subsidiary company called Holidays Czech Airlines 2010. Initially Boeing 737-400s from its parent CSA were transferred for its flights. These have been since replaced with Airbus A320s to compliment CSA fleet. Starting 22 November 2011, the company began leasing its two Airbus A320s to Iceland Express.
