Scheduled passenger and cargo airline operating flghts to Charlotte, and Raleigh Durham from its base at Pinehurst. It received commuter air carrier authority on August 5, 1981. It then began feeder service between Greenville/Spartanburg and Atlanta for Republic Airlines . The company also operated ample charter flights and what they called hospitality (sighseeing) flights from Pinehurst in its early years. In its later years, airline operated Cargo flights on contract with Airborne Express. Filed for Chapter 11 in January 1982 and was liquidated.
