XOJet started operations by selling block time on its fleet of Citation Xs, as well as selling and brokering charters. In late 2018 it was acquired by Vista Global, and XOJet became the operator of that company's US fleet. Along with Red Wing Aviation and Jet Edge are under the preview of Vista America based in Columbus, Ohio.
