Regional airline set up by Khanty-Mansiysk based UTAir Aviation which itself is successor of Aeroflot's Tyumen region division. Airline serves regional network out of its bases at Kiev Zhulyany serving Kharkov, Odessa, Donetsk, Lvov and Lugansk using ATR and Canadair CRJ regional airliners. Seasonal charters to the Mediterranean resorts are operated with Boeing 737-400. In October 2015, it was acquired by tour operator Anex Tours, which renamed the airline Azur Air Ukraine.
