Airline started to provide passenger and air mail service from New York to Ottawa, Toronto and Montreal in Canada. Airline also provided US Mail service in New York and Vermont and sightseeing flights over Niagara. In October 1939 airline was acquired by Sigmund Janas and changed its name to Colonial Airlines as destinations outside of Canada were introduced. Airline commenced flights to Bermuda in 1946 from both New York and Washington DC. Colonial Airlines was taken over in June 1956 by Eastern Air Lines.
