Private scheduled full service passenger and cargo airline. Company was founded and is owned by Safi Group based in Dubai which is controlled by Afghan Safi family. It launched its flight in August 2007 between Kabul and Dubai. Although registered in Afghanistan, company is run from Dubai. Airline has added New Delhi, Bahrain and Abu Dhabi to its schedule by 2011. Airline also operated long haul flights to Frankfurt between 2009 and 2010 using leased Airbus A340 but the service has been discontinued.
