Company can trace its history to Aerolineas Damojh formed in 1999 as Aerolineas Damojh as part of Meigas Group in Guadalajara. Company specialized in ACMI leases, executive jet charters and brokerage. Later, airline obtained its owned AOC certificate to operate passenger and cargo domestic and international flights.
Two trade names were established Aeroguadalajara based in Guadalajara and Global Air based in Mexico City.
Airline operates charter flights for tour operators as well as ACMI leases to carriers in Latin America and West Africa.
Following crash of one of its 737-200 on takeoff in Havana operating for CUBANA in May 2018, Mexico's DGAC revoked its operating certificate. Remaining aircraft were subsequently sold.
