Charter and inclusive tour airline partialy owned by Heimdal shipping company. Flying Enterprise went bankrupt and majority of its IT contracts were transfered to Conair of Scandinavia which was its principal lessor. Flying Enterprise operated exclusive IT flights for Spies Rejser A/S. Simon Spies, owner of the tour agency, acquired lessor Conair and turned it into IT charter airline to replace Flying Enterprise.
