Las Vegas/Grand Canyon tour operator. In 1992 it became a subsidiary of Eagle Air International (along with sister Eagle Jet Charter). In December 1993, Eagle Canyon and Eagle Jet charter were spun off as separate companies. On December 29, 1998, Eagle Canyon acquired some assets of Scenic Airlines, Including the use of its trade name. On March 29, 2007 the airline was sold to the Papillon group, which owns Grand Canyon Airlines. The two airlines merged operating certificates April 30, 2009.
