Aero Condor was founded by Cap. Carlos Palacin as a air charter, utility and sighseeing company in 1975. Aerocondor commenced operations on March 12 1979. Airline provided tourist sighseeing flights to Nazca desert overflying ancient geoglyphs. Since summer 2005 Aero Condor operated scheduled domestic passenger and cargo flights. In July 2008, airline stopped all scheduled passenger flights because the civil aviation authorities of Peru grounded its Beoing 737-200 fleet which formed backbone of its domestic regular service. Airline continues to operate sighseeing flights to Nazca as well as regional charters using Cessna Caravan and Fokker F27 aircraft.
