note
Rosenbalm traces its history back to 1961, opening a heavy maintenance repair center in Medford, Oregon. Its airline operations were launched it 1973 as a contract cargo operator, primarily for the auto industry. In May 1979 it received all cargo authority from the CAB, allowing it to fly for Emery Air Freight and eventually BAX Global. The following year it received authority to operate passenger charters. In July 1990 it was sold to Westronix Corp., which changed its name to Flagship Express Services in March 1991. The airline ceased operations on December 2, 1991, and subsequently filed for bankruptcy.
