Thai Sky Airlines was passenger and cargo charter airline catering to leisure industry in Thailand. Airline was privately held by Thai and Hong Kong investors. Operations commenced in May 2005 using Lockheed Tristar aircraft on Bangkok - Hong Kong and Bangkok - Kuala Lumpur routes.
Airline had to stop operations in August 2006 because of financial difficulties resulting in lack of spare parts for its fleet of aging Tristars. A MD-80 jet was leased in October 2006, but had to be returned within weeks.
