Company was founded in 1987 by investors from Basque region in Spain's North and technical assistance from French charter airline ACI Air Charter International. It started IT charter operations on 12th of December 1989 from its base in Palma de Mallorca to Malaga using Boeing 737-400. Airline specialized in IT charters from points in Spain, France and Germany to Balearic and Canary Islands.
Airline ceased operations in April 1992 because of financial difficulties. Company was merged with Lineas Aereas Canarias to form Meridiana Air.
