Scheduled passenger airline founded by Jim McNally and financed by UM Holdings of New Jersey started operations in August 1995 from its base at Trenton New Jersey. Airline tried to lure passengers away from New York and Philadelphia to Trenton and offered service throughout eastern seaboard including Washington (IAD), Rochester, Richmond, Boston, Tampa, Orlando and Fort Lauderdale. In 1998 airline made an order for two Boeing 737-700 aircraft. Airline moved its headquarters to Greensboro North Carolina. In September 1999 airline was put up for sale. Mounting debt, no clear strategy and bad customer service all amounted to demise of the airline.
