Scheduled and charter passenger and cargo airline formed in 1993. Atlant-Soyuz became official carrier of Moscow in 1999 and its aircraft wear coat of arms of Moscow. In 2005 company carried over 400,000 passengers and was ranked 5th largest in Russia by passenger numbers and cargo volume while employing 900 people. Airline received its first Boeing 737-800 in December 2008. Atlant-Soyuz placed an order for 25 Antonov An-148 regional jets to be delivered in 2010-2012 period. Airline also placed an order for Tupolev Tu-204 CM medium haul airliner. Airline serves numerous domestic destinations along the Black Sea from its base at Vnukovo and also launched scheduled operations to Brno in Czech Republic, Athens, Brest, Samarkand, Tivat (Montenegro), Tashkent, Bukhara and Fergana in Uzbekistan. Airline also operates charter flights to resorts in Southern Europe, Egypt and Persian Gulf. In November 2010 Atlant-Soyuz-Airlines was renamed into Moscow Airlines. Ceased all operations 17. Jan. 2011.
