Scheduled and charter passanger airline. Founded as Axis Airways when Axis partners took over Sinair of Grenoble. Airline headquaters had moved to Marseille. Airline filed for bankruptcy in 2006 from which it recovered and was renamed New Axis Airways. Airline is owned by International Sport Fashion 46% and SCI Etoile de la Valentine 31%. Airline operates charter flights and since 2007 also scheduled flights between Tel Aviv and Marseille, Lyon, Toulouse and Paris. Flights to Casablanca were halted in 2008 due to drop off in demand following economic recession.
