Millon Air was owned by JBM and Sons International Freight Forwarders. In November 1984 it received CAB all cargo authority to operate domestic services as well as flights between the US and Colombia; the following year it received blanket foreign authority. In July 1990, its foreign authority was extended to include passengers. The airline suspended operations on October 24, 1996 for a short-term safety review. It had intended to resume operations, but never did.
