Full service domestic and international airline formed as replacement of defunct Zambian flag carrier Zambian Airways. Airline became member of IATA in April 1996. Airline operated flights in Zambia and served Johannesburg, Nairobi, Harare and Ndola. In January 2000, Zambian government revoked its AOC citing safety issues but political reasons were more likely the cause. Airline was headed by David Tokoph at the time who later founded Aero Africa.
