Islandsflug was domestic and International airline. Bulk of its business were fish cargo charters between Iceland and Western Europe. Airline also specialized in wet leases and seasonal passenger charters.
Airline was absorbed by Air Atlanta Icelandic after it became its sister co. in 2004. Its domestic operations were rebranded Landsflug in 2004, but this company was acquired by City Star Airlines a year later.
