Charter airline started operations in March 2002 using MD-82 aircraft. Its principal business were charter from Northern and Western Europe to Croatia's resorts along the Adriatic, but also operated ad hoc charters for third parties throughout Europe. In 2007, Air Adriatic planned to commence scheduled passenger operations from Zagreb to Germany, Balkans and Russia. In March 2007 airline lost its AOC.
