Empresa de Transporte Aerocargo del Sur, S.A. was created by venezuelan government in november 2020 to conduct cargo operations between Venezuela, Asian, Middle East and other latin american countries. It started operations on February 14th 2022 with a single 747-300 aircraft, which was seized on June 2022 on Argentinian soil pending FAA investigation. In march 2025, it restarted operations with a single LET 410.
